Everyone has a story yet if you ask people to write a book about their life, most people will tell you that they do not have anything to write about. Perhaps it’s not interesting enough. In addition to practicing Chun Kuk Do for the last couple of years, I started taking a weapons class and we are currently learning to use the bo staff. If you are not familiar with the bo, basically in the 1600’s when Japan conquered Okinawa, the Okinawans developed a means of self-protection by using common farm implements for weapons.
