So I’ve been sticking to my program and I feel really good so far about my progress. I had a 30 day update with my physical trainer and he took my measurements and unbelievably, I’ve lost 3 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle! I really exceeded my goal. I understand that it takes 6 weeks to gain a pound of muscle so the measurements confused me. I understand being depressed, and this economy is no fun time for anyone, and had Joe Stack posted his letter and then flew into a field and killed himself I’d have been more apt to feel for him and care about his plight. So I started taking an antibiotic (Solodyn) about 2 weeks ago and about a shortly after beginning to take it my scalp started becoming incredibly itchy and my ears would burn like fire. It seemed to come and go and then a couple days later I started to get a welt like rash that appears in stripes like welts and in splotches.
